Noon Hour Series: Advance Care Planning

Patty Watson-Swan, BSN, RN, PHN, nurse care manager at Senior Care Network, will speak on the importance of advance care planning, how to complete an advance directive, and how it can offer peace of mind to your loved ones.

You can now enjoy Senior Care Network’s Noon Hour lecture series in a virtual format. These educational lectures will be held via Zoom, but a call-in option is also available.

Lectures will begin at 12:30 p.m. on the dates listed. Each will last about an hour and will include time for questions. Participation is free.

For all lectures, you must register in advance. There are two ways to register:
