We offer state-of-the-art rehabilitation services on an inpatient and outpatient basis, as well as in a 24-bed, acute rehabilitation facility. Through a variety of therapeutic and rehabilitation programs, our expert staff help patients return to the fullest possible level of activity, independence and self-sufficiency.

Inpatient Services

Patients who are hospitalized may need therapy to return to their prior level of function. Our Inpatient Therapy Department consists of highly-trained and experienced occupational therapists, physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and speech therapists who service all areas of the hospital, including cardiology, orthopedics, intensive care, medical/surgical, neurology/neurostroke, oncology, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and maternity. Therapists participate in multi-disciplinary discussions to make appropriate recommendations for assistive devices and next level of care for your loved ones.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Services

Outpatient rehabilitation is often the next step on the road to recovery after an inpatient hospitalization. Learn more about Outpatient Rehabilitation services and community support programs.

We offer a fully integrated outpatient program specializing in neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Service areas include: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Hand Therapy, and Speech Therapy / Dysphagia Therapy. For patients receiving multiple therapies, our rehabilitation services team utilizes a multi-disciplinary approach that best serves the patients’ needs.

Additionally we provide community support programs for people with disabilities and their caregivers.

Please note – all new outpatients are required to have a valid prescription from a licensed California physician prior to their evaluation. The dated prescription should include the patient’s name, diagnosis and intended duration and frequency. The patient’s initial evaluation must be performed within thirty days from the date on the prescription.

We accept all major private insurances, as well as Medicare, Medi-Cal, Worker’s Compensation, HMO’s (with pre-authorization), and self-pay patients.
