Medical Records at Huntington Hospital

The Medical Records and Decedent Affairs office is located on the first floor of the Wingate building at Huntington Hospital.

Patients looking to access their medical records can visit the office in person during business hours:

Monday – Friday

8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Closed for lunch Noon – 1 p.m.

Closed weekends
