At Huntington Health, we partner with our patients and families to deliver compassionate care.
What is the Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC)?
- PFAC is a partnership between patients, their families and members of the healthcare team.
- The PFAC is made up of 8-12 Patient Family Advisors (PFA) – more details below.
What is the purpose of a PFAC?
Through dialogue, feedback, and community engagement, our PFAC supports a patient experience that is guided by the voice of our patients and families.

- Advocate for patients and families, recommend changes to support the patient experience and improve communication between staff, patients, and family members.
