Transcripts

If you would like to print a copy of your transcript please go to the Electronic Education Documentation System (EEDS) website. EEDS is the online CME attendance tracking system that you use to swipe your card each time you attend a CME activity. You can log in to the system using the PIN number located on your CME card.
